Ilya Sibiryakov is the author and Chief Architect of the Zero-Trust Data Sanitization (ZTDS) specification. His research focuses on mathematical de-identification boundaries, deterministic client-side privacy, and high-throughput in-memory tokenization engines operating under a sub-2ms latency budget.

As the founder of BrandMeWeb and architect of PrivacyScrubber, he engineered the pioneer reference implementation proving that sensitive data can be de-identified entirely inside volatile client RAM without cloud data processing or telemetry leakage.
